Starting with a simple concept - good food done right and cooked from scratch, The Seared Steer was born.
With two already established restaurants, The Chuckwagon 719 and Hammond’s Pastrami & Smoked Delicatessen, The Seared Steer is a steakhouse with the same quality food, ingredients, and service you’ve come to know and love.
Featuring hand cut steaks smoked and then seared over a wood fired grill for superior flavor. All fried proteins are hand cut, pounded thin, breaded and fried in beef tallow. Sides, sauces, and desserts are all made from scratch as well - how cooking should be.
Any fried options are fried in 100% beef tallow, with no seed oils used ever.
